REAL ESTATE PACKAGES

In today’s evolving market, aerial shots aren’t just a luxury – it’s a must have!
The 360 ($160) – Includes 1 edited video with a 360 degree pan around a point of interest* (such as: house, property, car, etc.). Length of package will vary depending on point of interest size and surrounding aerial environment.
The Basic Real Estate Package ($235) – Includes 12 different professionally shot and edited aerial photos showcasing your house from a unique angle, along with the neighborhood.
The Elite Real Estate Package ($330) – Includes 15 different professionally shot and edited aerial photos, along with a 30 second (single take) video* showcasing the house or property from above, along with capturing the beauty of the surrounding area.

Premium Ad Package (60s) $470 – Features a 60 second long video showcasing your product or service. Includes recording and editing for a narration overlay – we can record your voice, or do it for you ourselves*! Also comes with music editing service overlayed to the video*.

* The music offer only applies to public domain music (royalty free). Any other music, and the required licensing must be supplied by the customer. Some royalty free music requires a small purchasing fee to access. If required, this cost will be added to the package cost.

Your roof’s integrity is our business; your peace of mind is our priority!
Shed Roof Inspection ($130) – Includes a minimum of 25 unedited photos that provide the roofer a detailed visual inspection of the roof. Photos will include shots such as overviews, overlapping mid-range shots, and closeups to any points of weakness such as chimneys, seams, visible wear, etc.*
Standard Roof Inspection ($160) – Includes a minimum of 45 unedited photos that provide a roofer a detailed visual to inspect the roof remotely. Photos will include shots such as overviews, overlapping mid-range shots, and closeups to any points of weakness such as chimneys, seams, visible wear, etc.*
Commercial Sized Inspection – Prices will vary with size and needs of inspection.

Need weekly, biweekly, or monthly updates on your construction project? We’ve got you covered! Premium aerial 2D Orthographic visuals for your presentations and admin needs is a must.
Basic 2D Orthograhic ($195/per visit) – Includes 4 stock photos including 2 side, 1 front or rear, and 1 above photo to help track construction progress. Can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly
Premium Edited 2D Orthographic ($275/per visit) – Includes 4 professionally edited photos including 2 side, 1 front or rear, and 1 above photo to help track construction progress. Photos are enhanced to premium quality by an artist’s and AI’s touch to provide up close quality details of the project. Can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
Tracking Video ($330/per visit) – Includes a video of indeterminate length showcasing a 360 or less of the construction project to track progress.

Merry Photomas ($300) – Includes three professionally edited photos from the sky to match the season (such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc) that you can use as a digital eCard or printed greeting card! Done on site, so you can showcase your home, business, or other feature in the background*!
Joyful Video Package ($400) – Includes one professionally edited video (10-40 second range) taken from the sky to show your family/business employees up close and rocketing backwards to display your family/team from a distance, along with a feature or location of your choice*. Edited to perfection to match the seasonal greeting you wish to send! Includes festive music*, and an optional brief narrated seasonal greeting, recorded on site by the client or off site by our team*! Note that the drone does not directly record sound.

Eye in the Sky ($120/hour) – A live broadcast where we record an event of your choosing from the sky to your choice of Facebook, YouTube, or Instagram. Optional narration/commentary from the drone pilot included*.
